The Architects
Adam Dunn
Adam Dunn is not just a strategist; he is a practitioner of the freedom he sells. A dual citizen holding both American and European passports, he has lived and studied in global capitals including Budapest, Buenos Aires, Istanbul, Oxford, and Munich.
Adam brings a rigorous legal background to every engagement, with admissions including the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. This foundation shapes his approach to navigating the complexities of international residency and citizenship architecture.
He completed a fellowship at The Hague, working on war crimes defense, which gave him rare exposure to international criminal law and complex, politically sensitive litigation. He also holds an LL.M. in International Business Law, deepening his mastery of how legal systems, regulation, and commerce intersect across borders.
For over a decade, Adam has been known for his composure under pressure in high-stakes situations. Now, he applies that same fierce protection and strategic foresight to architecting global lives for high-net-worth individuals. Atlas & Key is a luxury consulting firm—we do not provide legal advice, but our legal background is the foundation of our consulting excellence.

Co-Architect & Tax Counsel
Marc J. Miles
Marc J. Miles is not a theorist. He is a practitioner of the borderless life. With an LL.M. in Tax Law and 29 years of Practicing Law, and 8+ years architecting cross-border international structures for business entities and high-net-worth individuals, Marc understands that true freedom requires more than strategy—it demands flawless execution across multiple jurisdictions.
His expertise spans the full spectrum of global wealth architecture: international business formation, cross-border tax optimization, and complex multi-jurisdictional structuring. Marc specializes in helping non-US clients establish and scale operations in America, while simultaneously helping US-based clients build tax-efficient global portfolios. He is Of Counsel for Zahn Law Global, LLP, a New York based boutique law firm with clients in 27 countries that delivers a wealth of high-quality, professional services to clients. He is a member of BNI (Business Network International) for 14 years and has served as a Support Director Consultant for 8 years.
What sets Marc apart is his philosophy: integrity is non-negotiable, and every client is a partner, never a number. He listens deeply, thinks creatively, and accepts responsibility for results. In his own words: If I am going to do it, then I make sure it gets done properly.
Marc holds residency in Malaysia—living proof that the freedom we architect is real. With on-the-ground presence across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, Atlas & Key reinforces its core belief: we do not just sell the borderless lifestyle. We live it.
